WHEN YOU KNOW THE TRUTH, THE TRUTH WILL MAKE YOU FREE..... IF YOU LET IT!
Jezebel was a wicked woman. She had no regard or respect for the Almighty God, His Word or His plan. She set out to destroy the prophet. She used manipulative, controlling, and deceitful tactics to hinder, delay, create fear, and to ultimately stop the prophet and Gods will.
The Word in Galatians 6:7a instructs us to "Be not deceived, God is not mocked;"
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 1 Peter 4:12
Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 2 Corinthians 2:11.
The spirit of Jezebel continues to work today. Keen discerning of spirits should be our fervent desire, that we may always recognize when, where and how this spirit is working,
The devil knows the Word. He even tried to use it on Jesus when He came out of a season of fasting 40 days. Satan sometimes works through people who say they are Christians who will allow him to do so. They often use flattering words which tickle the ears, and they seek out weak or new Christians who have no knowledge or understanding how, or why this spirit works or the enemy's ultimate mission.
The Jezebel spirit works to discredit true leaders, and servants, of the Most High God, in order to do damage to the work of the Lord, and to wear out God sent men and women, just as Jezebel did Elijah.
The Jezebel spirit attempts to create doubt, stir up confusion, and draw their victim off the path, and away from, the leaders and/or the fold to which God has assigned.
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. Daniel 7:25
You can recognize a Jezebel spirit at work in many ways, such as but not limited to the following ...
When a person
(1) tries to persuade you and/or create doubt against your leaders and the path or ministry you know God has assigned.
(2) uses seducing, enticing and manipulative tactics, to draw you to them, where they are, what they did, people they want you to get involved with, "their" church or "their"ministry , rather than praying for you to hear from GOD, and to obey HIM, regardless of their personal opinion and desires.
(3) says and/or does things which causes you to loose your peace and/or get confused when you communicate with, or see them.
There is much more I could add, but let us go on.... Don't be deceived. If you find yourself experiencing the Jezebel spirit, listen closely to the words and pray for God to reveal truth to you by His Spirit, and true motives at work from where He sits. as He is the ONE who sees and knows all truth.
TAKE HEED! Sometimes prophecies will be shared by one operating under the Jezebel spirit, and which although may sound beautiful and partially based on truth, BUT IF you allow God to show you truth, you will recognize words, and or phrases, within the prophecy which are NOT of the nature and character, of God, and which are not Word based.
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. I Corinthians 14:33.

DO IT WHAT GOD SAYS
PRAY FIRST
AIM HIGH
STAY FOCUSSED
The Jezebel spirit may even tell you that you are being controlled by a Jezebel, but they fail to tell you that it is them which is operating under that wicked spirit. THIS IS FOOD FOR THOUGHT!
