(2) Are you waiting for God to do something that only He can do?
(3) Are you getting in God’s way?
(4) Are you so busy ‘doing’ things that you forget to be still and let God have opportunity to work in His perfect way and time?

God gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, who has shed His Blood for us that we might be saved, filled with the Holy Ghost, healed, and set free from all captivity of the enemy. As we call unto him, he will show us great and mighty things which we know not. (Jeremiah 33:3) We can all rest assured that God will not withhold anything that is good for us from us. God desires to fulfill every promise in His WORD.

SO, let's OPEN THE BOOK and TAKE ANOTHER LOOK, for all of His promises are to you, and I, and to your children and my children, to a thousand generations. HOLD FAST to the WORD. For God will hasten HIS WORD to perform it.

The Restoration Project

The Restoration Project has been launched at The Worship Center, to restore the building(s) and open them for outreach ministries in the community. We CAN and WILL be able to make a tremendous impact in this community as souls are saved and lives are forever changed.

The Worship Center (TWC) is located at 2204 Linden Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37917, in the heart of the East Knoxville inner city. TWC has unlimited potential to serve as a beacon of light to the surrounding community and neighborhoods. Flying Higher Ministries Founders, Don and Opal Dalton are the overseers. Steppin' Out Blessed!

"Leaving the Pit To Occupy The Palace."

Have you ever felt like you are in a pit? I am not talking about just a 'pit' of poverty and/or lack of money! You can be in a pit in any area of your life .... spiritually, physically, materially, financially, emotionally and/or psychologically.

CONSIDER the four lepers in II Kings 7:3-8. They were outcasts, totally rejected by family and friends. They were hungry. They were sick. HOWEVER, one day they were soooooooo sick and tired of their situation, they said "Why sit we here until we die?" They considered their options. There was a famine in their land and if they returned to Samaria, they would die. If they stayed where they were, at the entering of the gate to Samaria, they would die.
They discussed going to the Syrian's camp, well aware that the Syrian's were their enemy. However, they also knew the Syrians might capture them and kill them. On the other hand, they might let them live. So the option that potentially permitted them to live was the best choice. They did more than JUST TALK about their options. They AROSE. They took a step to 'DO' something about their situation, not knowing what the outcome would be.

WOW! THEY MADE THE RIGHT DECISION and THEY STEPPED OUT BLESSED, for GOD was with them. HE made the host of the Syrians believe they heard a noise of a great number of chariots and horses. They Syrians feared that the king of Israel had hired other kings to destroy them. They then fled for their life in the night, leaving behind 'everything.' When the four lepers came into the camp, they found food and drink, clothes, silver and gold. Yes, indeed they had made the right decision to go to the enemy's camp. They were enjoying partaking of the 'spoil' of their enemies but they said they didn't want to keep it all for themselves. The lepers went back to their home town and shared the Good News about all that had happened. At first the King of Israel thought the Syrians were trying to trick them, however upon checking everything out, he found that what the lepers told them was true.

The prophet Elisha had prophesied that On tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria. The lord on whose hand the king of Israel leaned had answered Elisha and said, Behold, if the Lord would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And Elisha had told him, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not eat thereof. (II Kings 7:1,2) The prophecy came to pass exactly as the Prophet Elisha had spoken, because he had given the prophecy GOD instructed him to give. (II Kings 7:16-20)

Be Thankful! Keep on Smiling! Will this be "A November For You To Remember?" Leave the Pit. Go to the enemy's camp and take back what belongs to you. Step Out Blessed and Occupy the Palace.

I Just Flew In!

At that day, ye shall know that I am in the Father, and ye in me and I in you. John 14:20

Have you ever flown in an airplane? When you arrived, perhaps you made the statement "I just flew in!" In reality, you did not fly in! The airplane flew you in! You were only riding in the airplane. The flight may have been smooth. On the other hand there could have been storms and turbulence during the flight. You arrived safely at your destination, BECAUSE the plane in which you were riding flew you in. However, the plane did not fly all by itself. There was a Pilot at the controls. NOW CONSIDER THIS........ With JESUS in the Father, and JESUS in you, and you IN JESUS ...... ALL IS WELL IN JESUS NAME!

I'M A CHILD OF THE KING!

The Kingdom of God Is Within Me!

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or Lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Luke 17:20, 21

The Pharisees were without understanding and knowledge that they were in the MIDST of the Kingdom of God as they questioned Jesus. Still today, many people are completely unaware that the Kingdom of God is established in the hearts of Believers with whom they are in contact, HOWEVER God continues to establish His Kingdom in the hearts of those who Open the door when we hear His Voice and welcome Him into our heart. When we receive His Kingdom, we receive Kingdom Benefits which give us power, dominion and authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, that nothing by any means should hurt us! (Luke 10:19) We are not to rejoice over the Kingdom Benefits, but rather we are to rejoice that our names are written in heaven. (Luke 10:20) So we rejoice, we sing and we are glad! We give "Special Praise, Honor, Glory and Thanks" to our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, for it is He that has made it possible for us to become a Child of the King, and to inherit all the Kingdom Benefits. We who Believe are made an heir and a joint heir with Jesus Christ! May all who read be enlightened to know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power. (Ephesians 18, 19)

Luke 17:5, 6 Jesus has made the pathway to Mountain Movin' Faith simple and easy to understand. He said .... And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Mark 16:17, 18. If you want Mountain Movin' Faith, prayer and fasting is not optional ... it is a necessity.

BUT Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Genesis 6:5-8 You are probably familiar with how God spoke to Noah and told him he was going to send a flood and destroy both man and beast. God gave Noah specific instructions to follow so that his household might be spared. Genesis 6:9-22.Noah did all according to what God told him to do. God did all that he told Noah he would so. GOD has not changed. When we JUST DO WHAT GOD SAYS... GOD WILL ALWAYS DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO.

Fiery trials come. I fret not! I know the outcome.

God is never late. He is not just on time. God is always early.

God created all things in six days. Then He rested. God is still resting. And a rest is prepared for His children to enter into.

 MANY are called. FEW are chosen.

The CHOSEN are the ones that show up!

They Shall Be Called Trees of Righteousness

The SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of the vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them than mourn in Zion, to give unto them the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; ........... Isaiah 61:1-3a ...... That they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified. And they shall build the old waste places, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. Isaiah 63:3b-4.

We are set FREE from the bondage and captivity of sin, death, hell and the grave, when we receive JESUS CHRIST as our Saviour. Some call this being 'born again' or the New Birth. To be 'born again' and/or to experience the New Birth is possible by only ONE WAY .... through JESUS CHRIST. He is the Door. Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in His throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Revelation 3:20-22 JESUS paid the price for every soul that will receive him, to have eternal life by the shedding His Blood. He has defeated death, hell and the grave. He is our resurrected Saviour, who is now seated victoriously on the fight hand of our Heavenly Father. Through the New Birth, (born again experience), we have access to the nine spiritual gifts which are given by the Spirit. (I Corinthians 12:1-11. The nine spiritual gifts can be compared to nine 'good' seeds which have the ability to grow the nine spiritual fruits (Galations 5:22, 23) into maturity. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of a good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8 .

Gifts Are Given. Fruits are Grown!

But Jesus Said, Suffer little children and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 19:14

The Ninth Month of 2007

Numbers, colors and metals often have meanings in the Bible. I will list several meanings for numbers 1- 12. One ... Unity, Two ... Witness, Division, Three... Resurrection, Trinity, Four ...The World, The first creation, Five ... Grace, Six ... Man, Satan and his influence , Seven ... Perfection, Completeness, Bringing to an end, Eight ... New Beginning, New Birth, Nine ... Spiritual Gifts, Spiritual Fruits, Ten ... Law, Eleven ... Judgment, Destruction, Devastation, Twelve ... Divine Power, Rule or Authority, Organization

In September, the ninth month of our calendar year, I am reminded that Gifts are given, but Fruits are grown. God has given us 9 spiritual gifts. I Corinthians 12:1-11

1. Now concerning Spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
2. Ye know that ye were Gentiles carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
3. Wherefore, I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
4. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
6. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit.
9. To another faith, by the same Spirit; to another the gift of healing by the same Spirit;
10. To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues;
11. But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

Galations 5:22, 23 When we recognize the nine spiritual gifts that we are given and allow them to work in our lives, the nine spiritual fruits can be grown. We do not automatically have spiritual fruit. Just as natural fruit starts with a seed and can grow into fruit, spiritual fruit starts with the good spiritual gift(s) seed that is given to us by the Spirit. Mature Spiritual fruit is not grown overnight.

All of us, with no respect of persons and no exceptions, have tests, fiery trials and many experiences on our journey through life. Each individual has equal opportunity to be 'born again' (the new birth represented by number 8) and to recognize and 'use' the spiritual gifts we have been given to profit. I am speaking about spiritual matters, however as the spiritual gifts are exercised, we also profit and can help others to profit, not only spiritually, but also physically, materially, financially, emotionally and psychologically. God would have all of us to prosper and to be in good health even as our soul prospers. (3John 2) In so doing, our spiritual fruit will buds, blossoms and grows into maturity. However, as with natural fruit, the spiritual fruit can also rot, decay and be of no use. The choice to GROW, beautiful, ripe, delicious spiritual fruit is up to each individual. :)

• But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
• Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

The 9 spiritual fruits are not given to us. They only can grow from the inner (spiritual) man. Spiritual fruits become visible on the outside, as we GROW fruit on our branches. In the natural, fruit does not produce the tree. The tree is produced by good seed. This same process works in the spiritual realm. The words of Jesus in the nine beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-11) shows a striking similarity to the nine spiritual fruits. (Galations 5:22, 23) In closing, I am reminded of the following scripture, which I will write more about in my next post .... They shall be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified. Isaiah 61:3 May the eyes of your understandings be enlightened: that ye may know what is the hope of His calling ... (Ephesians 1:18). Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things ye shall never fall. (II Peter 1:10)

I Am A Witness

Acts 1:8But ye shall receive power,

after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:
and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem,

and in all Judea, and in Samaria,

and unto the uttermost part of the earth!

No one knows, like you know, what God has done for you.

You are writing a gospel a chapter each day.

By the deeds that you do and the words that you say.

Men read what you write, whether faithless or true.

Laborers Together With God

Acts 3:1-9



Jesus said .... The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he would send forth laborers his harvest. Luke 10:2 God sent laborers, joined together, in one mind and one accord, obeying God's instructions, results in the fulfillment of His divine and specific assignments with the result of a great harvest of souls. When we stand united, hand in hand with God, His mission can be accomplished!

• And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
• I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to hear it, neither yet now are ye able.
• For ye are yet carnal; whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions. Are ye not carnal and walk as men?
• For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not yet carnal?
• Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
• I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
• So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
• Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall recieve his own reward according to his own labour.
• For we are laborers together with God; ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

May God richly bless you and yours as you continue to labor, per His specific instructions, in the harvest field of the Lord. To God be all honor, all glory and all praise.

I Once Was Young!

Now I Am Older!

God is not through with me yet!

With the dawning of each new day, I continue to be filled with excitement as my journey with the Lord leads to new opportunities and new experiences. The NMINISTRY Blog shares truth and encouragement. All posts are approved by moderator prior to public posting.

God renews our youth as He does the feathers of the eagle. When we make ourselves available, He can and will use anyone regardless of race, age, or gender. We respect our elders ... Those older in age, and also those who are 'proven' elders by the maturity of their words, deeds and actions, regardless of race, age or gender.

• Elder does not necessarily mean "older" in age, however an 'elder', regardless of race, age or gender must display maturity and bear specific fruit as is outlined in the scriptures.
• The husbandman that laboreth must be first partaker of the fruits. II Timothy 2:6 . Partakers of the fruits have fruit to share.
• Rebuke not an elder. Zeal without knowledge, wisdom and keen discerning of spirits leads to immature and out of order rebuke of elders.
• Only God can render righteous judgement with no error. He judges the heart. We may get a glimpse of what is in another person's heart, BUT only God knows all truth.
• God will reveal what is in our own individual heart if we ask. He then gives us freedom to choose to make adjustments. This is the way to keep our heart pure before God.
• Paul told Timothy, his son in the faith, (I Timothy 1:2) .... Study to show thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. II Timothy 2:15

Our paths, yours and mine, have crossed, not by coincidence, but for a divine purpose. May God bless you abundantly, to the full to the overflow in every area of your life!
